In these terms, "we," "us," and "Hilandmo" refer to Hilandmo, which operates this store and website along with all related content, features, tools, products, and services that make up your shopping experience (the "Services"). Our store is powered by Shopify. These Terms of Service, together with any policies referenced within them, set out your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services. We work hard to show our highland cow plush and accessories as accurately as we can. That said, colors and finishes may look slightly different from one screen to the next depending on your device and its settings, and we can't guarantee that an item's appearance will exactly match what you see online. Product descriptions may change at any time without notice, and we may discontinue a product or limit quantities by region or customer at our discretion.
3. Orders
Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline any order at our discretion, and your order isn't accepted until we confirm it and have received payment. Please review your order carefully before submitting, as we may not be able to accommodate changes or cancellations once an order is accepted. Prices, discounts, and promotions may change without notice. The price that applies is the one shown when your order is placed, as confirmed in your order email. Unless stated otherwise, listed prices don't include taxes, shipping, handling, or any customs or import charges. You agree to provide accurate, current payment and account information, to keep it updated, and you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and will cover all charges, including shipping and applicable taxes.
5. Shipping & Delivery
All delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or other events beyond our control. Once we hand an order to the carrier, title and the risk of loss pass to you.

The Services — including all trademarks, brand elements, text, images, graphics, designs, and their selection and arrangement — belong to Hilandmo, its affiliates, or its licensors, and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Hilandmo is powered by Shopify, which enables us to offer the Services to you. All sales and purchases in our store are made directly with Hilandmo.
