Shipping policy
1. Shipping & Delivery
• Orders are dispatched from our warehouse within 1–2 business days.
• Every order ships with a tracking number so you can follow its journey.
• International duties, customs, and fees are included in our prices — there's nothing extra to pay after checkout.
• Discounted items are final sale.
2. Delayed Shipments
If a domestic (US) order has been in transit for more than 10 business days without arriving, please get in touch at support@hilandmo.com and we'll send a replacement at no cost to you.
3. Damaged, Incorrect, or Incomplete Orders
If your parcel arrives damaged, contains the wrong items, or is missing something, let us know within 15 days of delivery and we'll arrange an exchange or refund.
Please note that we are not able to cover the following:
• Missing parcels or redelivery fees caused by an incorrect address provided at checkout
• Transit delays outside our control
• Orders that cannot be fulfilled due to inventory or dispatch issues
• Orders held or delayed in customs (any customs fees are the customer's responsibility)
• Items left outside at the customer's request that later go missing
4. Lost or Stolen Packages
If tracking shows a package as "Delivered" but it hasn't reached you, please allow 3–5 business days, as parcels often turn up within that time. It's worth checking with neighbors in case it was left with them. For delivery details, your local post office is usually more helpful than the carrier hotline, since they handle the parcel after handoff. If they're unable to help, contact us and we'll do what we can to support you.
We are unable to take responsibility for packages where there is GPS or photographic evidence of delivery to your address, a neighbor, or a secure location.
5. Packages Returned to Us
If a parcel is sent back to us because of an incorrect address or because it wasn't collected from the residence or post office, please reach out at support@hilandmo.com and we'll help arrange reshipment or a resolution.
